 •No refunds or exchanges

•$45 non-refundable deposit required to secure all bookings. Deposits go toward your service total!

•We do not work on top of other peoples work, we require all new clients to arrive with bare nails

•Must be 13 years of age or older to attend an appointment with us

•No other guests are permitted in our home studio unless notified and approved before booking

•Nail art pricing varies & can be viewed here, please reach out if you would like a quote for your desired art

•No eating will be permitted during your service, but we do offer a complimentary tea, coffee or water!

•We require 72 hours notice for reschedules to not forfeit your deposit. There is a button on your original confirmation email to do so!

•We require 72 hours notice for any modifications to your services or add-ons
• For any service or add-on modifications made within 72 hours of your appointment, full price of the greater will be charged

•All cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit

•In the event we need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded immediately, or we can reschedule you to a later date

•We kindly ask that if you arrive early, you wait in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment start time. There is no waiting area in our home studio & we cannot guarantee we can accept you early

•There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled & your deposit will be forfeited- please let us know if you're running behind!

•No Call/No Show: deposit forfeited & you will be blacklisted

•All clients must thoroughly wash their hands and upon entering the premises

•If we feel you are ill at anytime during your appointment, we have the right to refuse service immediately. This will result in your deposit being forfeited

•We ensure to wear a mask, a new pair of gloves and effectively disinfect the table, implements & high touch areas with an approved Health Canada cleaning agent. All single-use items will be discarded after each client or given to you to take home

•Every 5th Structured Gel Manicure appointment requires a soak off removal to ensure optimal nail health & product adhesion

•This is a safe space, absolutely no hate is tolerated

•We have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at anytime

 •Gift cards in any denomination are available for purchase!

•Every 6th appointment you will recieve $15 off your service as a thank you for your loyalty!

•Refer someone for a service with us and once they have attended their first appointment you both will recieve $15 off your next service!

•During your Birthday Month you can recieve $15 off 1 appointment!
