In Georgetown, Ontario. The studio is home-based, so I share the exact address once your appointment is confirmed — to keep things safe and comfortable for both of us.
Add yourself to the cancellation list and I'll reach out as soon as something opens up.
A deposit holds your time for you and protects the space I've set aside. It applies directly to your service total when you arrive.
No — but I've added extended hours on a couple of weekdays to help fit earlier and later appointments in.
Yes — both digital and physical. Digital cards are available anytime, sent straight to your inbox or theirs. Physical cards can be picked up by request. Either can be used toward any service or studio goods. Digital cards
Life happens — I get it. With at least 72 hours' notice, you can reschedule without losing your deposit. For full details on cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows see our policies.
Of course. Every studio uses slightly different products, so I can't always tell what's currently on your nails. A Foreign Product Removal is added to your first appointment with me — it protects your natural nails and gives us the cleanest start possible.
I prefer to use my own products. I know exactly how each one performs, how it cures, and how it'll wear — and I keep my collection wide so we can find the right shade together. If there's a specific colour you're hoping for, send me a photo before your appointment and I'll let you know if I have it (or something close).
Yes, absolutely. I offer Minis Manicures for ages 8–12, and a parent or guardian stays for the full appointment. Everything is calm and unhurried — no rushed services here. If you're not sure your child is ready, reach out and we can talk it through first.
Yes. I offer a sharp-tool-free service for diabetic clients, or for anyone who simply prefers it. Just let me know when you book.
Yes. The products I use are safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless your doctor has advised otherwise.
A few things, actually.
Most studios are built around volume. Hardcastle Nail Bar isn't. I run it as a private home studio with one chair, one client, and one appointment at a time. That setup is the entire point — it lets me actually focus, work carefully, and be fully present for the person in front of me.
Practically, it means your music plays. A refreshment is poured. The lighting is soft. The pace is unhurried, and the hour belongs to you.
It's also the kind of space where everyone is genuinely welcome — every background, every identity, every orientation. That matters to me, and I want it to be clear.
The work itself is careful, clean, and treated as a craft. But what most clients notice first is just the feeling of the room.
Still unsure? Send me a note through the Contact page and I'll help you choose.
No. I focus on what I do best — gel polish, structured gel, gelX extensions, and naked manicures.
